Refund Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date for items that are:
    • Not as described: The hoodie does not match the product description or images on the website.
    • Defective: The hoodie arrives with a manufacturing defect, such as tears, missing buttons, or faulty zippers.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Return Condition: The hoodie must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Refunds will not be issued for normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper care, or items that have been altered or washed.
    • Restocking Fee: There is a 10% fee for restocking.

Initiating a Refund

  2. Provide Order Information: Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  3. Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  4. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the hoodie and ship it to the provided address. Please retain proof of postage.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned hoodie, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
